Pevi AI is designed to work without a Pevi account or a developer-operated chat backend. This policy explains what stays on your device, what is sent to Apple for AI processing, and what subscription providers process.

Information Used for AI Requests

When you send a message, Pevi AI sends your prompt, the conversation context needed to answer it, and any photos or text files you selected to Apple Private Cloud Compute for processing. Pevi AI does not operate its own chat server.

AI features require an internet connection and remain subject to Apple service availability, supported device and language requirements, and service limits. A Pro subscription does not increase those limits.

Information Stored on Your Device

Conversation history, selected attachments, and recovery checkpoints are stored locally on your iPhone using platform data protection. Pevi AI does not provide developer-operated cloud sync for this content.

Local history may be lost if you delete the app, erase or lose the device, or otherwise remove its local data. Restoring a purchase restores eligible Pro access, not your conversations.

Photos, Files, and Permissions

Pevi AI accesses only the photos and supported text files you actively select.
The app does not request camera, microphone, location, or push notification access for its current features.
Selected attachments are used to answer your request and may be stored with the local conversation until you delete it.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information, including transaction metadata and an anonymous app user identifier, to verify Pro access. Pevi AI does not send your conversations, prompts, photos, or text attachments to RevenueCat.

Purchase records are handled under Apple and RevenueCat policies. Pevi AI does not receive your full payment card details.

Diagnostics and Support

Pevi AI logs technical state needed to operate and diagnose the app, but its application logs are designed not to include conversation text, original images, file contents, or complete AI tool parameters.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email. Do not include sensitive conversation content unless it is necessary for your request.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

Delete an individual conversation and its locally stored attachments from the app.
Delete all local conversation history from Settings.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Children's Privacy

Pevi AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an app account because Pevi AI does not offer app accounts.
